Just a good, fun lunch experience. GREAT staff. Friendly, out-of-their-way helpful. Great prices & great value. My foot long... All-American hotdog was delicious. Onion rings were sweet, crunchy and satisfying. Was not expecting the little mint that wasincluded with the order. Read more

Service was good. Food was like any other fast food. Atmosphere is based on your own car I suppose. They now bring your food our... in a sack, not on a tray like it used to be for a car hop type of place. I was told for safety reasons they no longer have theiremployees skate to the cars. Read more

For the most part the food is good. It's a place to go when there arnt many other options. Burgers are alright. Chicken is OK.... The slushes taste good, but it is way WAY over priced, to basically get a soda with fine particles of ice. It's like 3 times theamount of a regular soda, but with half the drink. Other then that it's an alright place. Service is OK, and you can hardly hereanything the person is saying when you are in the drive through. Read more

Father's day, 2022. 4:30 pm. The single most horrifying drive through experience of my entire life. 1) Waited several minutes... to have our order taken. Observed an employee at the window chatting with the only driver ahead of us at that time. 2) order nottaken properly. ONE out of FOUR was listed properly on the receipt. 3) somehow our order was shuffled around, and the two carsbehind us were before us. I was prompted to pay for those two orders before prompted to pay for ours. Asked to pull forward. No fewer than 3 more drive-thru orders were filled before ours (5 total). 4) I went in and took my receipt to ensure that theywere preparing the proper orders. 5) Food brought out. No drinks. The only order that was originally correct on the receipt waswrong. 6) 2nd time in. Informed them of the mistake (not in a particularly kind way). 7) 4 drinks brought out. A single smallice cream cone was brought out in consideration for our troubles. REALLY? THERE ARE FOUR PEOPLE IN THIS CAR THAT YOU HAVEINCONVENIENCED. NO THANK YOU FOR YOUR PITIFUL GESTURE. 8) FINALLY! 4th burger brought out. Total time between pulling up tohave our order taken and driving away - 30 minutes. This tells me that they didn't even work on our order for a substantialportion of the time we were there. No other car waited for more than a few minutes. Absolutely atrocious. Read more

I'm not fond of drive thru's. Normally the person taking your order is chewing gum and doing 12 things at once. You can't... understand them and once you drive away with your order you realize they did not understand you either. Jessica at Sonic inShow Low Arizona is not your typical employee. She listened closely to our order, repeated the order back clearly and was verypleasant. Our order was complete, accurate and served with a smile. Jessica also was the one we met at the window so we had achance to thank her in person. She is a young lady who is going places. We wish her great success along her journey. Read more

Went to sonic tonight to get some late night dinner and what we received was atrocious. My roommate ordered the hatch green... chile burger and the lettuce on his burger was literally a chunck of the lettuce heart, and was only enough to cover half thesandwich. My boyfriend also asked for no tomatoes on his sandwich and they printed a label saying ?no tomatoes? but put them onanyways. Read more
