Extremely understaffed with unfriendly, rude staff. No adherence to post-COVID guidelines as all-you-can-eat salad bar had no... clean bowls for return trips and customers reused their own. One patron was sharply reprimanded by staff member for puttingsalad on his plate rather than reusing his bowl! A senior citizen had his beverage tip because unused pizza racks were left onsmall dinning tables. No staff member offered to help him or replace his drink. When he attempted to clean up the spilledbeverage with a pile of napkins the best he could, an irate staff member started shoving chairs and making rude comments.Although the food was reasonable and good, not worth the drama and post-COVID heatlh risks. We ordered small size, five pizzzas. The pizzas are not fresh neither tasty. The pizza lacked seasoning. Save some money and get... a frozen pizza from your local grocery. Read more
Good pizza! They definitely don't skimp out on the meat, you get what you're paying for. Service was decent, they bus your... plates after you leave which is worth the tip that you leave up front. Only possible negative is they seem to stay quite busy,lots of kids and little walking room. Would definitely recommend them for their food! Read more
I loved this place. We were visiting show low and were hungry and figured we'd try this place out. And it was amazing. The... atmosphere is very fun and the employees are very welcoming. They have arcade games which were a blast. The salad bar has alotmore toppings than I would've imagined and the food is out very quickly for how busy they were. We were looking for a place to eat for my hubby's bday, as his mom wanted to take him out, as well as myself and our two kids. I... wanted the salad bar but saw there was a sign saying due to short staff it would close at 6:30, it was about 6: 10 maybe. Therude younger girl said it was already closed... even though the food was still set up and uncovered, ready to be eaten. After Irealized that, I questioned another employee... she said it closes whenever they decide because they are short staffed, onlabor day weekend. We were there about an hour and the salad bar was still up. While waiting for the food, I made a couple tripsup to the counter for a plate and silverware... both people extremely rude, tossed me the items with sour looks on their face.They say they are short handed but there was about 12 people just in the kitchen alone... drinking their soda, talking andliterally just standing there. The food was less than average, didn't bother taking pictures. Wings were on the undercookedside, no ice in soda machine, sprite tasted awful, games in game room just took your money. The worst part was the staff...while eating the mean faced girl was throwing chairs around, scraping tables along the floor and tossing plates andsilverware... to the point it turned other customers heads. At one point someone yelled from kitchen across entire dining roomto stop throwing things. EVERY employee had poor attitude, and customer service and no gratitude for their customers or respectfor their job. WORST dining experience I have EVER encountered. It's a shame to spend 63$ on a bday meal for good experienceand good food and family time and end up with a disaster of a dining experience. We had a 1/2 Factory pizza and 1/2 Greek pizza was the best pizza ever. Pizza Factory is a bullie free zone. Love it Thank you
It's a bit pricey but was worth the money with the quality and amount of toppings used. The staff was responsive and friendly... despite being busy. Read more
Good people, nice family oriented place, fun to watch staff work their magic making some of the best pizza in the White... Mountains. Our favorite is a spinach and garlic in white....definitely good for vampire repellent ha! If you haven't tried themyou really should because it is so good. Read more
