These people in this store obviously are not trained in customer service if you dare complain about anything whether it be the... service or something wrong with your chicken they feel offended and take it personally like you are bad mouthing them. I wanna say I have stop going here . I do love kfc but for some reason they always run out of chicken . I mean thats all your... serve how can you run out . They have a buffet as well that is lack there of. I mean if yournonly gonna have 5 things on thebuffet table don't you think they should always be stocked? This is why I go to Safeway Deli(plug) ask for Fred shes a little old lady who rocks and will get u fresh chicken if u don't like whats in case . Their mash potatoes aren't bad add some gravygrab some corn on the cob and who needs KFC . Sorry KFC but you suck every time I go there and spend 40 bucks for 8 pieces ofchicken and 2 sides . Ha. I have complained over and over again with the managers the order is never right every time I'm told to come in a get a free... cake I always decline the offer I just want my order right. How hard is it to press a button on how many pieces chicken you wantfor years this KFC never improves this staff are completely illiterate. Read more
The food here is always really good. They make one of the best chicken sandwiches in town. They have a pretty efficient system... in the back and the food is always out quickly as well. This last time I was here, the service wasn't too good, but it's notgoing to stop me from coming back. Read more
Please don't ever close down this branch! Y'all, KFC is such an underrated place in general but they NEVER disappoint. For all... the workers at this location; you guys keep up the good work. You are on point, every time, your food is always hot, "right outof the oven" kind of good, you're always polite and genuinely kind. Customer service is hard in any industry and especially hardin the food industry but like I said, you guys are killing it. Thanks for all you do! 10/10 recommend every time :) Read more
I ordered the #1 chicken with mashed potatoes, biscuit, and cookie. I added the coleslaw because I had always loved KFC... coleslaw. The coleslaw tasted like bleach and was inedible. I threw it away. The chicken breast was small and original recipedidn't taste the same. Very little coating. The potatoes and gravy were 3 bites and gone. Biscuit was good. Imitation buttertasted like lard and no honey. And to top it off, the cookie was tasteless and stale. I won't be going back to KFC. Quality hasgone down hill. Read more
My wife and I went by the Showlow KFC and were disappointed. Ordered some chicken fillets through the drive through. Maybe that... was our mistake. By the time we were home and seen what we were given, we were very disappointed. Any way if I were stillthere I would of complained and given them back. cold, chewy and pathetically small. Good place for fried chicken. Although my daughter and I normally get the famous bowl with mashed potatoes. So good.
