I love love LOVE the people the employees enthusiasm. Food was done very well. I 100% understand the hype of this place! First... time trying it and me and my family will definitely be back for more. Parking lot was set up really weird . Chicken fingers were all right pretty juicy not as crunchy as I'd like . The combo meals... are just buttered bread with 3 chicken fingers super bland . The sauce isn't very well made taste like mild salad dressing withsalt and pepper. Frys were mid . I recommend sticking to chicken fingers. Read more

The chicken fingers were tasty but greasy. They served a toasted bread with the combo, not sure what was put on it..butter?... Music was loud, too loud and your name is yelled out when your food is ready to pick up. Probably won't go back. Read more

I went for the second time ever today, and I was not impressed. I don't get the hype at all. Chicken was bland and not crispy,... bread was good but soggy, and don't get me started on the fries. Chicken is absolutely bland. Coleslaw is bland. Caine's sauce has no flavor other than black pepper. Fries are ok but... oversalted. Very slow service. They had a lot of employees and there was no body in front of me in the drive thru. All you do is sell... chicken fingers. NOTHING ELSE. No way it should have been 18 minutes. Not many restaurants stay in business in Shorewood so wewill see how long they last Read more
