I have went here on 2 occasions to get a 2 big beef dipped with sweet/hot peppers on it. I got 2 big beef not dipped with... sweet/hot peppers. Before I took it back. This time I have left the area and not able to return back there. I tried to call 6times to speak with a manager. I was told the manager is coming and then I was transferred to a phone that just ringed and noone answered each time. One time a lady came to the phone and said she was the manager. When I told her what happened she saidhold on and then she just transferred me to the phone that no one answered again and again I was transferred there. Read more
Brought grandkids for lunch before school begins and as an "end of summer" treat. Other grandparents had the same idea! Kids had... cheeseburgers ???? and they love Portillos. We had beef sandwiches and lemon cake....loved it! Love Portillo's and the fact thatall the restaurants offer the same good quality and good service! There were three of us. They messed up the orders twice . Order # 1 bacon cheese burger, no burger. Order # 2 plain grilled... chicken, came with everything. Got the chicken sandwich, was a bacon cheeseburger. Third time is a charm! Order # 3 plain hotdog, got a braut. After waiting 20 minutes. Sat down to eat, large fries were bottom of the bag. Great spot lots of parking. A bit disappointed I ordered a beef and sausage but I guess the lady didn't hear me well and omitted... the sausage part. Onion rings were golden crispy. Dipping gravy was on point. I will definitely be back to try the sausage andhotdogs. Read more
