Ordered 16 piece bone-in combo but received 11 boneless and 8 bone-in. Order received cool not hot or warm. Attempted to call... but when they pick up the person keeps going in and our without a word understood. Not sure if they are cordless or in handset.This place is located in Chili's. Called Chili's and had the same problem. I called 4 times and was unable to resolve theissue. If your phones aren't working then call in a personal cell phone to get a problem straightened out. Phone issue isn't onmy end as I called a family member to make sure it wasn't my connection. Not going down to the place as it defeats the purposeof delivery. Read more

Buffalo Chicken wings were tough and bland. Fries were oily and very salty.
I had to go in for my order,it was a huge cluster. Everyone inside had their orders messed up. No way to call and website is not... the best. Fries were cold, wings were "eh" . I tried it and not worth trying again. Read more

Kinda dumb you cant add special instructions, fries are almost always cold. Customer service picking it up was just as good as a... Walmart employee. Still seem to order from here every week tho. I just want extra seasoning the dry rubs have practically noneon them. Read more
Well they texted when it was ready, I showed up waited 10 min for someone to come out and bring it to me, figured my food is... cold at this point, 1 manager at the cash register doing nothing, 1 employee sitting on the bench, and 2 other cars pull up andno one goes out to them either. Have to get someone from the back to find my food. This is why I don't tip to go, there's noservice here. Oh yea and online ordering, they try to avoid the ability to give 0 for a tip by hiding it.
