Have not been here in ages and now I know why. Ordered 2 of the Big Bacon Classic meals, $24.89 total, I was like whoa, but we... were in a rush. Then we got our bags of food and sat down and the disappointment was even more so. For $12.44 a meal it wasludicrous. Saddest burger I have had in a while and fries were not fresh by any means like they boast. I can get a sit downburger that's 100% better in every way for $2 more. Won't be back to a Wendy's . As of late the quality at this location is really hit or miss. Everything is either great or less than stellar. Tonight it... wasn?t the greatest, tonight my sandwich was made incorrectly. We pulled back through drive through again, explained what waswrong. We were asked to pull up to window. Explained what was wrong. Made new sandwich. Great. Went through the drive-through late at night and regretted it almost immediately. The chili must have been sitting there all... day, tasted absolutely disgusting. The service was not the greatest as I'm sure they were burnt out and wanted to go home. Theyforgot our drinks and the crackers for the chili. No utensils, either. Had to get back on the highway right away, so there wasno turning back at that point. Won't be going to that store again or a Wendy's late at night anytime soon, if ever. Read more

I'm SO agitated and irritated! My husband and I went out to eat with my dad and what a HORRIBLE experience. Hot chili was... spilled on my dad, due to them not putting the lid on all the way and put it inside a bag. Hot chili went all over him and inhis shoes. James and another customer helped clean it up, while the whole staff did nothing. Absolutely nothing! When wecalled to complain, James and I were both told, someone will/would be getting in touch with us. When I called, I was toldphone calls are returned on a case by case basis. I go here for breakfast a lot. The Breakfast Baconator is my fave. Also, the biscuits are surprisingly good for fast food. Get... the seasoned breakfast potatoes. Every once in great while my coffee isn't very hot, so I let them know and they graciously takeit back and give me a fresh, hot cup. The women at the window, who I think is the manager, is very nice. Stopped going to Wendy's. Once a month I would go to the Arden Hills location. Every time a different excuse why they couldn't... work. Cash only one day. Some piece of equipment down the next time. Sit at the order for 5 minutes another without anyoneacknowledging traffic at the drive thru and I'd leave. Similar to other reviews, rude behavior from staff working. I wouldn?t go to this location again if you paid me too! My card wouldn?t work, I was looking for another when Idalia- the... cashier asked me to pull forward- the guy at the window said he would come out. I waited at least 20 min, beeping my horn, after12 vehicles went thru, I was able to back up to the window, they were both laughing. They had given me a straw (no drinkordered) I asked why, and asked for a free drink for my troubles, he started to hand me one, I asked what is that- he said DietCoke- I asked why I would want that- I?m overweight- he started laughing - NO ONE APOLOGIZED!
