Asked for a small chocolate cone. I was handed a dipped cone. I said no, that's not what I ordered. I was then asked what do... you want? In a very nasty tone. I said small chocolate cone. I was handed my cone. Drive thru window closed. No mention ofrefund of price difference. So had to go in and ask for a manager. She at least was polite and apologized. Read more
We ordered 3 of the ?now? $7.00 lunches at about 2:00 and also upgraded to the ?now? $2.00 blizzards and the hamburgers were... absolutely left over from the lunch rush as they were so dry we couldn?t eat them and the patty was so thin you could hardlyfind it. The best DQ I've ever been to hands down. Been coming here at least 3 days a week for the past few months for lunch as my... jobsite is nearby. Every single time they have the freshest crispyest fries and chicken of any DQ I've ever been to. Someone intheir kitchen definitely knows what there doing. And even when they have a decent line I never sit there for too long. Read more
The service was iffy but what is so icky about this one is that the workers don't wear gloves at all when handling food, my... boyfriend and I watched with our eyes them touching all the cooked food without any on. The workers walk around with such badattitudes and are mean to one another. No teamwork. I understand we're all short staffed but take it easy at your own pace. Read more
It took a long time to get food... Waiting for two cars (longer than usual) Hardly anyone there for such a long wait... They... kept telling me my order was a dollar more than what it was advertised for. Plus extra for tax. I kept telling them that theprice was less and they said no, it wasn't. Then they finally said it was a mistake on the drive-thru. So my order was actuallysupposed to be a dollar and 30 cents more I told them No, I'm not going to pay more only the tax. Because they shouldn'tadvertise it for less and then change the price. I had to talk to four different people finally the manager gave me the pricethat was on the board outside... ????
