I went and one girl was stocking and the other was looking for something. Then she took my order and started with the sandwich.... She stood there talking to the other gal while she microwaved my sandwich and put it in a bag then she put it at the pick uparea and came back to me. She asked my drink order then picked a cup and pen and stair at the cup until the guy behind me saysomething. She started to say sorry but I said maybe the other could stop stocking and take orders so she comake them. She waslike they are frozen and have to dated and put in a few. The Baristas are happy to be working and the coffee is reliable. They seem to rotate the staff alot at the grocery locations but... I have never met anyone unpleasant. The grocery locations have very limited snacks and the display desserts just look dry &Tired so I'm sure they sell very little but unless you order plain drip coffee most people are spending $4-5 for specialtydrinks so it still has to be banging business, I wish I owned a Starbucks!Give my review a thumbs up if you agree! My 81 year old mother bought a tumbler in this location 2 days ago and when she came home she decided it was not something she... can use. She tried to look for her receipt but she cannot find it. She asked for my help and so I called the store and spoke toSeyfu. I told him the situation and he said there would be no problem as they will refund it without the receipt. I was not ableto come by until tonight and was told by the manager Contana that they will not be able to refund without the receipt andoffered me a free drink. Now I believe they should honor their word. This is by far the worst customer service experience I havehad with any Starbucks location. They did not even offer a credit. Drinks are up to Starbucks standards. I keep trying to give this location a try, but it is torture watching how slow the... employees move here. Often there is only one person working which, for this location isn't under staffed. If there is even oneperson in front of me, I know I have to settle in for a 10 to 15 minute wait. Today I stood in the line for a minute and a halfbehind three people, and the clerk had not fully transitioned between taking the order and making that person's drink. Hismovements could be described as lethargic, except he was cheerfully chatting with clients. I really, really can't wait that longfor people to chat it up while there is a line, so I left. This is such a convenient location, that I'm quite disappointed Ican't rely on it unless I have plenty of time to spare. Read more
