I had a slice of pepperoni pizza that was so covered in pepperoni you could barely see the cheese beneath it - out of this... world. I sat facing the kitchen, which is open to view, and watched a surprisingly young lady tossing pizza dough. Great Caesarsalad, too, if perhaps slightly over dressed. There was a table of teenage boys, and a table of 5th or 6th grade girls with amom, all having a great time. I and my fellow diners are in our 70s so, taken together, it's demonstrably suitable for all ages. Read more

Great pizza, stupid front of house experience. Everyone was bunched up near the door, confused, yelling order names out at an... equally confused man behind the counter. Not sure why a pizza restaurant would struggle to have a clearly established way topurchase pizza. Read more

I stopped in the pagliacci's in shoreline for a late lunch knowing they have pizza by the slice ready to serve. I walked in with... no one else in line, but the employee behind the counter was speaking with a customer in the lobby who was at a table eating acouple slices of pizza. It was obvious he was complaining that it was cold and brought his tray with half eaten pizza slices upto the counter. The employee proceeded to take the already served and eaten off of pizza slice and put it in their oven wherethey warm up everybody else's pizza. When I took a Washington food safety and handling course I learned it is not sanitary totake back food that is already served... It would have been much more sanitary for them to simply offer a new slice of pizza, adequately heated, instead of using the pizza tongs to grab this customer's half-eaten food off his tray. I stated that thismade me uncomfortable when she offered to heat up my slice of pizza, and obviously did not see anything wrong with taking backalready served food (esp. coming off a pandemic). I'm not usually a critic but I do have a sensitive spot for germs as I hadgotten really sick earlier this year and I'm now a bit paranoid. Having worked in pizza places I know that the cost of offeringthis customer a new slice of heated up pizza would have saved a lot of stress, not to mention a repeat customer. I don't think Iwill be visiting this pagliacci's again. Read more

No flavor to the pizza at all thr pizza was cold not even warm after getting home 6 minutes later. If you love the overwhelming... taste of basil you'll love the pasta. 2 slices pasta 20+ minutes equals 22 dollars ????. The staff was nice though. Read more

Nobody makes roasted garlic pizza like Pagliacci's. I start to question my sanity that $30 for a basic thin crust pizza is just... pushing it. Still one of our favs, but have to ration the passion. Perfect combo of cheese, sauce and good crust. They do skimpon toppings. Read more

We have a lot of pizza options where we live and this is such a special treat - quality and delicious! Definitely a little... pricey but check out the seasonal and gourmet options for the menu - very unique. Their dining room is opening and they alsohave slices for individual purchase. Fast service, online ordering is super convenient and the pizza comes out great. They alsooffer Parmesan and red pepper flakes. Read more

Delicious pizza with crunchy crust. Margharita slice had a disappointing unseasoned sauce, it tasted like pure tomato sauce with... no italian herbs or garlic. Cheese slice had only one type of cheese. Brooklyn bridge was my favorite Pepperoni was good butreally greasy. My favorite out of all was the Brooklyn bridge, their pizza tends to be really greasy, but I think it's worthtrying for the amazing crunchy crust. Don't know if I would be coming back though, maybe for the Brooklyn bridge pizza, wish itwas a little less greasy. Read more
