I love McDonald's and this one is a solid one. There are some really sloppy McDonald's and this one is run well, the burgers... come out either ok or perfect, and the fries range from slightly undercooked/slightly stale to piping fresh and perfect. I thinkthis is a win for a busy McDonald's. This McDonald's is always a good gamble to make. Also this McDonald's doesn't feelsketchy. I've seen people scooter through the drive thru. You don't need to worry about getting stabbed here unlike downtown.But people need to stop punching their signs. The panels are for ordering food not a public punching bag. Read more

Been coming here a few years, the managers and supervisors are consistent nice and efficient. Food is usually fresh and piping... hot too. But there are times where my burger and ice cream looks a bit sad. Other than that, this is a great location! Read more

I placed a mobile order for pickup and it was never brought out to my space that was entered into the mobile app, so I took my... confirmation email in to ask about my order. One person tried to help me and then passed me off to what I assumed was themanager who told me my order was not in the system. I said that I would like a refund and As I had all confirmation informationfrom my order and my credit card was charge. The manager just said that I?m not in their system and walked away. Someone who works at this McDonalds really shouldn't be operating the frappe machine because instead of a frappe I got an cold... mocha with a bunch of crushed ice because someone didn't take the time to blend it correctly because they rushed it and thinkthe customer won't notice the difference. I ended up tossing the drink less than halfway through but I give this place 3starsbecause they usually have good mocha and better cherry slushies than 7 eleven. I often have issues at this location but today was the worst. The drive thru associate did not understand a single menu item I... was asking for and had to change the order 3 times. Fine, we all know the audio on those order boxes are fuzzy at best. He alsokept pushing me through my order, asking "Is that it?" "Are you done ordering?" Before I had even said the size of the meal orthe drink. It gets worse. I get to the first window and the cashier takes my card without reading my order back and charges mefor a different order (that I realized after looking at my receipt) I tell the cashier it's the wrong one and he calls themanager. The manager immediately starts yelling at the cashier, "WHAT DID YOU DO WRONG!" the cashier is young and clearly newto his position and confused. I cut in tell the manager it's not his fault just refund the charge and charge me for the correctorder ( and the lady behind me for her order because at this point she is visibly irritated) The manager then tells me I shouldhave just stuck with the 1st receipt because it was less than my order amount. I'm an honest person and wanted to pay for mymeal in the right way. The manager fixes my receipt and says it could be up to 2 WEEKS to get my refund. It gets EVEN worse. I get up to the pick up window and the cashier tries to hand me a meal that is not mine. I said no I ordered (such and such)this is the incorrect order, I've just talked to your manager. The cashier then proceeds to ask me for my receipt and that hedoes not believe me that I had ordered more food than the previous order. I asked him very bluntly, "Are you f****** kidding?Here are my 4 receipts. One for the order I was charged for, the refund for the order, the correct receipt for my order, and thereceipt for the lady behind me (who is now grateful for the free meal but yelling at the cashier on my behalf) Tell your managerto come to this window." I'm very disappointed at this location, I barely go to McDonald's and today they gave me a big reason to never comeback. 1- I... waited in line fore more then 20 min, Drive-Thru was very slow. Second- Cashiers never looked at me or had greeted at me, noteven thank you, I stopped at 2nd window and the guy just handed my bag out, I asked for ranch he didn't even say yes or not justgrabbed the sauce and handed to me, I said thank you he just turned around and grabbed a bag (for next customer). I was finewith that I said "Its the Covid-19 that has everything scared, stressed, etc.", when I parked to eat my meal, everything wasold, meat was nasty, old and dry, my fries salty, old and soggy.
