The few times I have stopped by, the service is absolutely terrible. Employees are rude. They messed up my order the last few... times and when I ask for it to be fixed, I'm scared they're going to spit in my food. I mobile ordered and pulled up around 11:30 and there was a glitch so I had to pay at the window which was fine, I also hadn't... realized they were so close to closing and had to heat the ovens back up for my cookie tote. They informed me it would be a fewminutes and asked me to park out front. About 5-10 minutes later the very friendly cashier came out and brought me deliciousfresh cookies and the manager right behind him to hand me my fairly large order. The manager was very apologetic for the waitand included some apple pies and extra ???? which was stellar. As I was leaving and pulled out waiting at the red light to headhome the manager ran back out again waving his arms and when I rolled my window down he was yelling "sauce!!" because they hadforgotten the sauce for my nuggets. I pulled back around into the parking lot and sure enough he came out shortly after with asmall bag filled up with every kind of sauce they had. I said "you guys are awesome" and I truly mean it! I wanted to write thisreview as soon as I got home because despite it being so close to closing they went above and beyond for me to make sureeverything was right. Ordered a baker's dozen pack of cookies and a coke from curbside parking. I know from experience that they don't keep that many... cookies ready and they have to cook a fresh batch. After 15 minutes I went in and they seemed confused about my order. 5 minuteslater my cookies came out, but no coke. This order was place at 6:58pm, not an unusually busy time. Read more

When I started working there I had some very helpful managers and actually liked working there. On the other hand, there were a... few rude managers that made the experience not so great. Especially during Covid. What really prompted me to leave was a newhead manager, insanely long lines throughout the day, and having to be fast on the job. Once there were new employees, it feltlike a totally different place, so I left. Most of my favorite co workers left anyway. Read more
Workers here don't listen very well. I have ordered food and get home and a item is missing so if u ordered a large family meal... I'd check before leaving. Now if they mess up they will give u your food and maybe a extra Fri. It's not the best McDonald'sin the city Read more
Straight forward McDonald's. Got a decent lot and drive thru. Never went inside before.
