I e been ordering from here two to four times a week. Never had an issue and now my order was 48 bucks and I only had a 100 on... me only asked for 40 back and the driver would have had a good tip but supposedly the drivers can?t carry more that 20 on themat a time for their safety but that makes no sense. They get tips so they have their own cash on them. They get cash for deliverorders that are getting paid with in cash and it?s over 20 bucks. Start sending your drivers out with money so they can actuallybreak bills. Won?t order from this store again. Terrible management. Called to ask if a message I received was automated and was told that the manager encourages their... employees to ask for tips. I understand that but I don?t agree that drivers can use the phone number you provide to send aprivate message to the customer regarding a tip inquiry. I enter my number for the purpose to receive delivery updates or aphone call if there?s a question or an issue about my order. I would rate this place less than zero, if I could. We ordered a pizza online, the order was accepted and paid for, but when we... went to pick it up, they had decided not to make and were closing up for the night. Got a pizza and the new breadsticks with 5 cheese dipping sauce. Pizza was great. The bread was alright. The cheese sauce.. ... It was very oily and chunky. I stirred it up and it just ended up looking like yellow cottage cheese.. would not suggestthat. Otherwise, everything has been great from here. After ordering food, check to see how it was going on the app. Have been an hour and they had it still in prep. When I called... they told me they were doing walking orders before making delivery orders. When I asked why they said because their walkingcustomers were a priority. When I asked when I was going to get my food they said once they had finished all walking orders.When I asked if walking orders were placed in front of my order that I ordered an hour ago they told me yes. I told them tocancel my order and decided I would never order Domino's pizza in my life. Instead I ordered from a small mom and pop pizzashop near me. I had a terrible experience ordering pizza tonight over the phone for carry out from the Shoemakersville store. I clipped two... coupons from the circular that came in the mail and when I ordered the pizza, I wasn?t told that it be a problem to use bothcoupons on the two separate pizzas that I ordered. When I got to the store I was told by the manager that I?m not allowed to?stack coupons ? she blamed the ?new guy? for allowing the coupons and not explaining to me over the phone. She then would nothonor both only one coupon. I told her that I never heard of that, that you can only use one coupon per order. It doesn?t sayanywhere in the circular that you can only use one coupon. She took then told me that ?no place will allow you to use more thanone coupon like McDonald?s, etc.? She said ?I?ve been working here three years we never allow that.? I?ve worked in restaurantsover 10 years and I know that?s not true, plenty of places allow you to use multiple coupons as long as they are on separateitems. All she wanted to do is argue and talk to me with a terrible attitude like I was trying to pull some scam or something rather than politely apologizing. She does not deserve to be running a restaurant if that?s how she treats customers. I alsoobserved her yelling at her employees in a very unprofessional manner.
