I haven't been in this location in a long time , maybe over 20 yrs ago and it hasn't changed or updated that place at all...it... was disappointing....went in there with my grandson and he's 25 now and he was a baby when we were in there the last time. It is not a clean or enjoyable place to sit down and eat....... Also It was the second location we stopped by at to actually get afrappe but their machine was not working..... Worst place I have ever been to in my whole life! Manager rude, doesn't care if order wrong, will not fix it. Argue, yell at... you, cuss you, why is that woman still employed there? Each day, they get worse and worse and lazy, the lady manager in mornings is just rude. Raw bacon and frappe is an iced coffee,... ice so big can't get thru the straw just terrible! They're so slow at getting food out and they just don't care! I recommend youdrive a couple miles either way and pass the McDonald's in shively, on Dixie hwy not far from Thortons, and go to the next one!U will be so much more happier ???? I promise! This is the worst mcdonalds in the state!! They should be shut down. Two drive thru's is too much for them. They will leave you... sitting at a speaker while steadily taking orders from the other line. They can't cook either. I have called the franchiseoffice twice to complain to no avail. I sat behind two other cars for 15 minutes while their order was being waited on to take. Eventually they came on the speaker... and said they?re taking cash only that their system is down, so everybody basically drove off. The customer service is not Greatas it took them 15 minutes to let the other card in front of me know if there was a problem with the system. Read more
i am agree with all the comments here about that this is the worst macdonals iv ever been .i tried to eat my breakfast here but... the morning supervisor was rudeza and with a bad attitude face walking from one side to another side without giving me customerservice .another customer came and she help him and was like racist because i was paying the same way the other customer paísdont undetstand the diference. Algo told that there was no public restroom.and i call the corporate to let them know about thisplace is very bad place to go eat .actually its empty i guess nbody wants to eat with bad actitude.
