Drive thru order. Service was polite and quick. No long waits.
When I there I had to repeat my order 4times to the employee... I go there very often... The manager asked what was going on I... told her that I shouldn't have to repeat my order 4 times.... I ordered a XL hot chocolate with whole milk and whip cream... Theemployee tried to put oakmilk... I mentioned whole milk not oakmilk in the hot chocolate.... People at the location don't listenat all... When I go to other Dunkins I have no other problems with my orders.... Read more
What I ordered I did not get. The lady Cash I think that's what she says her name was, was really nice. But when I pulled up to... get my order she stated that the glazed donuts were in the oven and it would be 15 minute wait. I put my order in 30 minutes topick up, I ordered a verity of mixed donuts on a half dozen donuts and also ordered 1 dozen of glazed donuts and a breakfastsandwich. My sandwich was wrong so had to take it back to get that fixed, then I get my donuts which I should have checked whilethere but now I'm long gone I mean long gone get to where I'm going check my box of the half dozen and they were all glazed, Ihad a special order of those with only one glazed ordered. So I called and she says she told me they were all glazed, no if youwould have said on your half a dozen of donuts we don't have any of the donuts you chose made would you like all glazed or yourmoney back I would have opted for my money back. Horrible service on DOORDASH I?ll never place an order again! I ordered coffee and a bagel then my coffee was missing so now I... got the refund back for the coffee but good luck me paying another delivery fee. That just don?t make sense if they can?t takecare of their customers on doordash then just don?t SIGN THE F UP WITH DOORDASH EASY!!! Read more
Great little place to get a donuts and coffee ? or any great summer drink they have refreshers people... the base is lemon aid... or green tea an then you pick your flavor strawberry dragon fruit , mango pineapple and a coconut one .. not exact on theflavors but Ive had them all cant pick a flavor .. They cannot get a simple dozen donuts correct and their drinks are never consistent, this is a door dash order. Sometimes you'll... be lucky if you even get your drink, would highly recommend making the trip to Krispy Kreme, or even the Thorntons across thestreet. Read more

They are a disgrace to the name Dunkin? Donuts. The BCDs tasted so stale that I could have busted a window with one.
