DISGUSTING! We ordered an 8 piece bucket. The chicken was way over cooked and DRY! The coleslaw tasted nice but again, DRY! The... gravy was watered down to "gravy soup". I cant say location like these are making the KFC brand better. Breaks my heart being Jamaican and seeing KFC in this country... ran the way its being running. Quality of food need to be way better, starting with the simple preparation of the chickens. Icould rant all day. This particular location is more of a stop and go but they do have a dining area and parking outside isadequet being in the same parking lot of the USPS store. I also know about too many bad stories from first hand workers andcustomers who uses this store. Maybe better management, i am not really sure? Read more
I went here and ordered it $30 meal they tried to charge me $70 for it so I told him never mind drove back through the... drive-thru and slowly a second time ordered my food and wound up being $30, not really sure where the misunderstanding was.Foods good just make sure your order is right. They were really condescending when I ordered my food then they didn?t even put the lid on properly. Wouldn?t recommend.
Grand father orders some popcorn chicken. We get home and theres purple hair in the food. We go back and then they are like here... take more chicken from the contaminated chicken. Worst experience I?ve ever had at a fast food restaurant .. they forgot 2 items on my order and I drove 15 mins back to get the... items I paid money for they told me I was trying to get something out of them and made me pay for one of my missing items ..
