Everytime I go in this DD I seem to wait at least 20-30 minutes lately ...even if I order online. It seems they take care of... their regulars that they know by name before you. It doesn't matter if they came in AFTER you. They see the person make theirdrink and give to them right away while I am still waiting for someone to START my order. I ordered online yesterday. Waited 25min before I went to pick up and only the coffee was ready. Another person came in they knew by name for online and they startedher food order right away while I was already there waiting. 8 people came in and was taken care of before my order was ready.Which by the way the ENTIRE order was WRONG !!!!!! I WILL NOT GO HERE ANYMORE. This store is right down the block from me but Iwill drive out of my way to go to a different store from now on. DO NOT GO HERE unless you are a regular that they know by nameor you want to wait at LEAST 20-30 minutes for a completely wrong order!!!!!!!!! Read more
I'll always have mixed feelings about dunkin. Drinks are good but the food is terrible lol. Tried the new Avacado Toast today... because the picture was quite appealing. Boom. Non toasted Slightly soggy bread, with guacamole that tasted like it had way toomuch lemon in it, with 4 little squares of bacon that I'm sure wasn't even equal to an actual strip of bacon. Read more
I would give this place negative stars if I could. Part 1: Called from my car to order 2 coffees one hot one iced latte. A man... answered and asked more than several times if I knew where I was calling. I literally live down the block so I knew where I wascalling. There?s several awkward silences where I ask if I can order my coffee with no response. Then I?m told with an attitude,yea place your order, so I do. One medium hot coffee with cream and sugar and one small pralines and cream iced latte. Easyright? Wrong. I?m then asked if I know I?m call a coffee shop and if I would like ice cream? What? No I want your signatureflavor iced latte. At this point I?m so aggravated on a Sunday morning at 9am, why? Now I?m not normally like this but I call tospeak with a manager and my calls get screened, yup, wasn?t until I left a message I would call until I speak to a manager. Part2: Girl picks up and I ask for a manager to which I?m told she?s not there. No problem, what?s her name? I?m told it?s Nina butwhen I ask when she will be in I?m asked what may be the problem. So I lay it out for her and her response is ?well I have nevertaken an order over the phone you can order through Yelp and have it delivered or order through our app?...what?? At this pointI?m literally in the twilight zone. I explain that I was in the car on my way from the beach so hands free calling was safest. Iasked her for her name and am asked to hold. Then click. I got the sourdough bacon, 2 egg w cheese and I was able to add sausage to the sandwich. They cooked the sausage alongside the... rest of the meat so nothing was over or under heated. 10/10 would eat again Read more
