I arrived shortly after 7PM and assumed the place was open because all of the lights were on and doors unlocked. Each Dunks... closes at different times and I understand now that this store closed. Instead of telling me after watching me walk in and standin line for service that they had already closed, they simply ignored me and turned off the lights while I stood at theregister. In the past this location sucked, low success rate on making orders correctly, wait times etc. But as of early 2022, it has... really turned around. They seem to have had a large employee turnover before that time. They now always get my order right, andexcel at customer engagement. Spencer is the only person, well now the rest of the crew at this location, I trust to make mycoffee. I go to other locations and the always mess up the ratios of my drink somehow. Anyways, this new crew is AWESOME!! Ifyou have had a bad experience here in the recent few years, and let's be honest, we all did, I would say give them another trybecause they'd done a total 180. 10/10 Read more

I would not recommend! I pulled up, waited 5 minutes, said hello, and then someone volunteered to take my order. I order a hot... coffee, wraps, and a donut and was told they didnt have the donut. When I tried to ask for another donut, I was told they didnthave that donut. Maybe they were out of donuts at 11 am on a thursday?? Anyways, I pulled up. Through the window, I watchedsomeone put new gloves on, use their phone, and then go back to making wraps for my order. I was concerned about the foodquality and asked to pay after the wraps had been made. Then ensued a chorus of "you cant do that" "she cant do that" "who doesshe think she is?" Until a manager (I'm guessing) came up and explained that I had to pay first. I did. Then I took my coffeeand waited for my food. Employee crammed all 6 wraps into 1 small bag. She dropped one of the wraps on the floor and remade it.But the wrap was dropped, picked up, examined, and discarded with the same gloves that she used to remake my wrap. Lol I have astrong immune system so I'm not super concerned, but the service was bad. The food quality was not quite warm. And dunks aroundhere are a dime a dozen. I highly recommend the dunkin donuts in Pepperell and in Ayer. Great service! Hot food and orders madecorrectly! Even smiling faces! Even had great experiences in Nashua! Small town businesses shouldn't mean worse quality,because the franchise name doesnt always save you. And being right off the highway shouldn't be what you count on to save youeither. I have some experience in fast food. Ive done a few years. I understand that people are under trained and that goodhelp is hard to come by, especially in my state with a very high minimum wage, but training is essential. Food safety isserious, and I dont even want to get into allergies. I've made 100 burgers back to back and realized that I hadn't changed mygloves, but I was only touching burgers. I live very close by and also work in Shirley so this location is convenient. The service is at times pleasant but they never... get my order correct. I order iced tea daily, and can not tell you how many times I have gotten iced coffee. I DO NOT DRINKCOFFEE. Its really not that hard. They are always out of items, cups, straws etc... I ordered and payed for a large iced drinkand got a large hot cup. I'm sorry they are not the same size. Don't they know how to do inventory or order supplies?? Theyhave been extremely slow the last few weeks to the point that I am considering going to another town to get what I want madecorrectly. I love to support local businesses and that's why I have stayed loyal to my town shop but the service is gettingworse by the day. Read more

The service has been consistently slow over the past few years. I work up the street and this is by far the most convenient... coffee shop, but I choose to go 10 mins out of my way to avoid it now.
