I called a order in for a Hawaiian pizza with jalapenos.They charge me $16.19 for a pick up. But when I got home 20 minutes away... there was no jalapenos on my pizza.I called 3 time's and got no answer. But I will call in the morning to speak to a manager. Iwaited for a special order and still it was wrong and I asked before I left that my jalapenos we're on my Hawaiian pizza., andhe said yes. I should have checked but didn't. Tried to place an online order for pickup at 8pm, web said they aren't taking online orders at this time. Tried to call for the... next 15 minutes and the line kept ringing busy, like it was off the hook. Went down to order in person and they said westopped making pizza at 8:45. They are open until 10p, why do you stop cooking over an hour before you close??? Read more
The pizza is never ready, they always have us wait. Also the pizzas a topped poorly, never answer the phone I seen the workers... literally ignore the ringing. Read more
They close at 10 we came at 9:30 to get a pizza to go. They saw us pull up and even though the sign said open and they were... standing outside they went inside and locked the doors. Show up a few minutes late to pick up my online order. When I tried to pick up my order up at the heater container, I was prompt... to have the cashier assist me. So I walked over to the counter and stood in the view of the employees for 2 minutes untilanother customer walked in, Allison approached the counter, asking the customer what he wanted. I stated I was in line first,and Allison body language visually showed she did not want to help me. Allison then stated, "How can I help you?". I informedher that my QR code was reading an error to collect my order. Allison rudely states that you're late. Allison then hanks theorder out and sighs. I asked for the manager, and Allison stated she was the manager. I said, "Wow, you're the manager, and youhave poor customer service." I informed her that she needs to improve her customer service skills. I picked up my order, and asI was walking out, Allison yelled after me next time, "Don't be late." I turned around and stated like there would be a nexttime. For a highly known company like Little Caesars, I would be embarrassed to have a manager like Allison representing mycompany. Read more
