I go in to order some food, smile at the lady in the kitchen. She looks at me like I don?t belong there and tells me with no... professionalism or compassion ?you can?t order anything cause it?s end of day? for 10 minutes.? She didn?t even say ?sorry, Iknow this makes no sense.? Immediately, another customer in the store asks ?did my order go through??. So, you can order butonly if she likes you. Unbelievable. This was our first Rutter?s but definitely won?t be our last! Currently undergoing renovations but: signage was clear, the hot... drink bar was very well stocked, our breakfast food was prepared exactly as ordered and was delicious! clean washroom, fuelislands were tidy, and friendly staff. Our only wish is that there are one or more locations with room for a semi-truck andtrailer. Read more

Legit got a crab cake the size of a half dollar and as skinny as my pinky nail . Manager of restaurant claimed that's how they... always came.. after speaking to corporate thru another rutters and sending them pictures they asked me to call restaurant to askquestions and get it resolved. Manager was on speaker phone while we all listened to her reasoning and not offering a solutionat all.. thankfully corporate is well aware and will be investigating it more :) Read more
Got a pastrami melt burger, and although I did indeed check the option to have it cut in half (was on my receipt), they didn't... do so. And the burger was overcooked. This is about attention to detail, folks! If you can't do that, you shouldn't beworking here preparing food! And to whoever that is that's suggesting a link for someone to post their comments elsewhere, justtake what's posted here and deal with it. This is the worst rutters to get food at in quite a few counties. Always takes a very long time to get your food and I guess... that is because they are burning it. Have had to return food here several times, so will not order any made to order foodanytime in the future. Ask employees about it and they said that management will not put enough people on the schedule. Read more
Just wanted to get some lunch and head out. Instead, spent 20 minutes waiting for our food with 3 workers slowing walking around... acting like they were being productive. The people making our food kept giving us dirty looks like we were the ones being rudejust waiting for our food. When they were packing our order, the guy shouted what was in it, not the number. How are we supposedto know someone else didn?t order the same thing. Someone asked what number it was, he just said that he was shouting out whathe made, and didn?t know the number.
