Quality is slipping! My orders have been wrong almost everytime I order anymore. Currently, I'm still waiting over 2 hours and... 21 mins so far for my full order delivery order that I placed at 4:03pm! I received most of my order around 4:45, which isamazing timing for them actually, but I was missing stuff! I called at 4:49 to the missing items and was told that it might behalf an hour to 45 minutes before I get them. I called again after another hour passed and ask to speak to a manager, TO GETHUNG UP ON. When I called back someone else apologized for the manager hanging up on me and the "manager" (who sounds 16 tops!)proceeds to tell me that she will have my food out shortly. She left for awhile to go with friends because she didn't realizehow busy we were but she'll get it out to me now. Still 30 mins and counting! Never again!!!! It's been an hour and a half since we got our food. I'm not even sure if it's coming. When I called to ask she cut me off and... said all the pizAs are out now for delivery. Was very unhappy with the service. We are used to waiting 45min...not an hour and 45min! We called the restaurant to see why it... was over an hour and the girl that answered had no clue about anything. We repeated our address 3 times, then she kept giggling,then after the 4th time, she got someone else on the phone. Then when the food finally showed up an hour and 45min, the bolipizza was cold. We can never get what we ask for easy on the cheese on our pizza ???? and they add extra. When I order a salad I ask no cheese... with eggs they charge me for the 2 hard eggs and never got them also they put extra cheese on it ...Maybe can't read theEnglish language ???? Read more
Pizza is hot and tastey. The pizza has a nice amount of spice. The cheese tastes premium. Employees are kind and friendly. ... Bathroom is clean. Atmosphere is nice. Dining room is clean. The menu offers a good variety at reasonable prices. The firetruck is cool. Read more
Horrible experience!! They didn?t give the delivery drive the correct box and he brought a pizza instead my Calzone. Then they... forgot the dressing to the order for the salad. THE BIGGEST PROBLEM was at The bottom of the receipt it says delivery andsomebody crossed out our address and put it as pick up so when we hadn?t seen our food in over an hour we called it was becausethey had it under pick up!!!
