The customer has to go to the counter to order and to pay and then when the food is ready you have to go pick up your own food... and they still expect the tip. I have knee and leg problems and I had to get up and go get my food which I need to use a cane.Not to please about it food was okay but service wise terrible. Read more

I placed an order on Grubhub for a sub and some garlic knots at 2:15. Was routed by grubhub and still hadn?t heard anything... around 3:15. The owner, Sal, gave me a call. He called grubhub to figure out what was going on. He went out of his way to dealwith the situation. 2 1/2 hours later, after battling grubhub, I was given a refund by them but they would not deliver the food.I spoke to Sal again and he gave me my food for free. He even personally delivered it as well and refused a tip. Great business.Great food. Great guy. I will definitely be getting more food from here! Read more
