Never mobile order from here. They don?t prioritize the mobile order to honor the estimated time given. Multiple times, they?ve... had us wait longer. Plus you have to wait in line Inside just to ask for your pickup. Unbelievably frustrating. Freddy's really needs to work on their customer service and quality control. We waited in line for about 15 minutes. Ordered a... cheeseburger and chicken strips. Finally got our order and they didn't put the chicken stripes in our bag. I ran in to let themknow. Waited another 5 minutes. I ordered a 5 piece and they gave me 4 chicken strips and a nugget of the 5th one. While I waswaiting another woman was waiting in line to order. There were 3 workers sitting in booths while she waited. She asked ifsomeone would come take her order and they said yes. My wife is there now and she told them two combo meals. She told them twice two combo meals . She waited for over 30 minutes and... they gave her a hamburger and two fries and she was talking to the manager the manager didn't say anything to correct the orderor offer her anything. Really love that every year they do a military free meal voucher for Veteran?s Day. Always super friendly to me, pretty good... quick service, food always hot. Obviously it?s diner style so none of it is remotely healthy for you, super greasy but good.It?s a bit pricy for me to eat there regularly so that?s the one time when I?ll go usually. Read more

We ate dinner at this location six times. The first 5 times was excellent. This last time we visited this location for dinner... was alright up to the time a mentally ill, homeless male came in and sat at a table across from us. He went up and got a watercup from the lady at the register. He came back and sat down. Took his shoes and socks off and began to sprinkle foot powder onhis feet. My wife and I instantly smelled a foul odor of his feet. The smell of foot powder could also be smelled. The workersand who I believed was a Manager just looked that the guy. He then went in to one of his bags and retrieved a can of ravioli,opened it and ate it. He then retrieved a large cup from his bag and proceeded to the beverage station where he filled it withice and soda, without paying for anything. The guy kept going in and out of the restaurant. He would sit outside on their patioand drink a large beer. Then he would come back in the restaurant. The whole situation made us feel uncomfortable. We hurried upand finished our food and left. Will never go again. The girl working the counter went and cleaned the restroom and then pulled the rag out out of her pocket... and proceeded to clean the tables until patrons saw her. Absolutely will never go back. Then got melted ice cream. Managementneeds a wake up! Read more
