The food wasn't bad. The service.... We ordered 2 half pound roast beef sandwiches with crinkle fries with cheese, one extra... sandwich and 2 drinks. They forgot the drinks, 1 of the sandwiches and all the cheese. They then proceeded to question us likewe had made it up. We hadn't even left the window yet. Read more

It's pretty hit or miss if this place will be open. They will happily tell you they are having technical difficulties and aren't... taking orders 3 times in the last month. It never opens on time. There will be employees in there, but they will happily saythey aren't opening until 11 or 11:30. It's really just a shot in the dark if you're going to be able to get a sandwich or not.Sundays are the absolute worst. It's almost a joke. Pro: They let my 4 year old daughter use the bathroom even though the lobby was closed. Con: I ordered the bacon Swiss chicken... sandwich with only mayo and tomato, and they didn?t put the bacon or Swiss on the sandwich. I worked in fast food for nearly 15years. Unless I literally say no bacon or cheese on the sandwich I?m ordering when those ingredients are in the name, I shouldget those on the sandwich. Otherwise I would have ordered a cheaper one that didn?t have those things on it. Common sense. Read more
Please don't come to this Arby's. I mean sure they have a delicious buffalo chicken sandwich dripping with a tangy sauce that is... full of flavor. And of course you could mix it up and get a delicious Greek gyro if you're in the mood for something different.Their corned beef Reuben is flavorful and another great option. They have delicious market fresh sandwiches that taste likesomething you would make at home and give you another healthy alternative to just getting another burger. But please pleasepeople I don't like waiting in lines. So if you could kindly go elsewhere and eat another hamburger, you unoriginal goose, Iwould greatly appreciate it. Read more
