The customer service here is brutal. They barely ackowlege you,l. Seems more like a burden to them to serve you. I love my... wendys breakfast and the wendys on wye road is always subpar. Last time I went my whole meal was cold, bun was dry my drink washeld out the window at me so far from my reach without the server even attempting to meet me in the middle so I could grab mydrink. It would be nice if one day they would fix the intercom. You can barely here the person talking, been like this for the last 15... years . Also would be nice if the people would actually talk to you in the drive though, say hi or anything. Not just standthere like a zombie. Read more

Went to order 6 chicken strips and large frys got told they only sell 5 so i ordered only 5 and then they gave me a bacanator... with frys. Then when i corrected them and they gave me 5 nuggets. After my 2nd correction they finally give me 4 chickenstrips. Just go down the road to mcdonalds. Read more
Hands down worst experience i?ve had at wendy?s when it comes to customer service. I think most people know that when it comes... to kind and personable staff, wendy?s is not the place to go but this location is hands down the worst i?ve had. it was 8 in themorning and i was the only one in the drive through. when i approached the window afyer ordering not a single word was said tome. the lady put the card machine in my face without even asking how i was paying. then she handed me my food while looking awayand didn?t say a word. if you don?t like people, don?t work customer service!! will not be back here again Read more
Waited for a bit front end person looked a me a couple times then came up and said yeah as an introduction. Gave her cash she... tossed my change on the counter and left to get my order. I ordered a baked potato, got to the car no sour cream. Went back totell her she said it's already baked the potato. Lol. Finally she gave me some sour cream. Very disorganized staff not veryhappy to be there. Bathrooms smell very bad. Dave needs to keep a closer eye on this location. Read more
Took my family here aug.3rd, late window drive thru. , service was bad , she was rude and after my kids ate their meals, they... all puked due to rotten chocolate milk. Fries were soggy , baked potato was cold . Usually I love this location, idk who theseworkers were, but man they must hate their job. SMH. Worst service n food prep Read more
Never open you're supposed to be open 630AM and I've been to this location 3 times in the last month and around 15 minutes to... 7AM, they don't have a "Closed" or "Closed for renovation" signs will never return to this location.
