Definitely worst Timmy's in Edmonton. The donuts are never fresh or crisp like usual Tim Hortons donuts and the workers in the... drive-thru can't even speak basic English. Another thing is there ice caps...always way to icey with not enough syrup in it Read more

Tristan was our server and he was awful. He made us wait while he carried on a conversation with a co-worker. We had ordered a... steeped tea. I have been here quite a few times and each time I have received good service and the accuracy of the order was spot on. I find... that at this location they do tend to have more in-store front line staff, though they do need to pay attention to the frontcounter more often rather then the back area. Hence the 4 and not 5 star rating. Just because drive through is more convenientdoes not mean that real people in person are less valued. Read more
