Several weeks ago i called and complained that this location was over charging me for my deal as part of their loyalty program.... Because of a 5$ difference one day, and the fact Tim Horton's has done 0 to deal with this issue, it has cost them 10$ a dayfrom me and i have gone to mcdonalds instead grand total so far over 100$ in just me alone. This now is to the rest of you, ifyour tired of the bad service from the Sherwood Dr location or are having your own problems at a different one. I must go at the better time these others. I have never found any of the staff to be anything but courteous and have received... excellent service. Some people need to look at how they are treating the Tim's employees. Read more
Good grief. It?s hard to believe a place like this can still be in business based on the way they yell at customers. I asked to... purchase on set of commemorative 2021 NHL hockey sticks and was abruptly refused because my order order was $23; and the Tim ?semployee said that the minimum purchase needed to be $25, prior to tax. They mess up my coffee more times then get it right! It?s 2 sugars no cream and almost every time they get it wrong. It went... from being the best Tim?s in the park to the worst over the past year. disappointing for sure. Read more
It's in the tiny gas station.. Just a fill your own cup from a Timmy's machine more or less... For all the people complaining... about the drive-thru you have the wrong location there is no drive through here... Once again disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. It is the location closest to my house so I always end up going there... but more often than not they do not have at least one thing on my order in stock.
