Whenever my dad or I go there, the girl who works/supervises in the morning won?t let you use your points card. Her response is,... while you are standing there, says it?s ?too late?. Over and over again this has happened. Not a big deal for me, but when my 80year old does it (fixed income) and he asks her about it everytime. He has now switched to McDonald?s because the women thereare much better. Read more
Ordered 2 breakfast sandwich sausage, cheese and egg and been waiting for 30minutes. I followed up and the staff said it?s... coming. I followed up again and the staff said she already gave it and told her ?why would I follow up my order of 2 breakfastsandwich if I already got it?? And they realize they gave it to the other customer because one sandwich is seating there alreadyfor 30 minutes. Disgusted on how they handle the turn over of orders!!! Tim's used to have good hash browns and a good spicy chicken sandwich. But they are ok if you need a coffee and they are the... closet. This location is as good as any. Read more
This has to be the Tim hortons with the worst service in Sherwood park. I?d recommend the extra drive and go elsewhere. Unless... you like having the debit machine shoved in your face without asking or your assorted donuts icing side down in a bag, then comehere. Edit after 2 years. Every once in a while I go through this tims due to convenience and am still shocked how bad it is.Today my breakfast bagel was swimming in melted butter, and my 1/2 coffee 1/2 French vanilla had no French vanilla. I placed a skip order this evening at 8:20 and I know you close for delivery at 8:30. While I know this is not the ideal... situation, rather than confirming my order they just let it time out until and I had to cancel my order. I try not to orderfrom this one as half the time they get my order wrong and I have to deal with customer support for skip. Having previouslybeen an employee at Tim?s I know that this is unacceptable for any franchise. Get new staff or train them better I don?t care,but the quality seems to be in continuous decline. The donuts have improved a little since the last time I was in a Tim's. Coffee was scalding hot and the cups were over filled.... Coffee is okay, not great. Read more
