Whenever my dad or I go there, the girl who works/supervises in the morning won?t let you use your points card. Her response is,... while you are standing there, says it?s ?too late?. Over and over again this has happened. Not a big deal for me, but when my 80year old does it (fixed income) and he asks her about it everytime. Ordered 2 breakfast sandwich sausage, cheese and egg and been waiting for 30minutes. I followed up and the staff said it?s... coming. I followed up again and the staff said she already gave it and told her ?why would I follow up my order of 2 breakfastsandwich if I already got it?? And they realize they gave it to the other customer because one sandwich is seating there alreadyfor 30 minutes. Disgusted on how they handle the turn over of orders!!!
