I went to the drive through early in the morning. I ordered a maple belt on a cheese bagel. The order was repeated back to me... for confirmation and was right. Drove up to the window and waited for my order. I was handed a box which I assumed had my bagelin it and drove away. It?s a good thing I only parked in the parking lot because when I opened the box all that was in side wasthe egg, lettuce, tomato and bacon. NO CHEESE BAGLE. so I took it inside and told them the mistake and they looked my order upon the screen and told me that I ordered it without a bagel. Seriously who would do that. They gave me it back with a cheesebagel this time. I drove to work and opened it up and found out that bagel was burnt (not even able to eat it.) The one making the orders can't tell between tea and coffee. Had ordered a Steep tea double double, and just got black coffee... from it. And no, I don't want to go back for a consolation prize for a mess up order. Read more
Too rushed to fill our order. Poorly constructed sandwich. One limp lettuce leaf. Meat in one chunk in the middle, not even... opened up to spread out evenly. Order clerk nice. Serving clerk could care less it seemed. Read more
Order a warm cheese croissant. Got it and it was like a 5day old croissant that was put in the freezer. Very dissatisfied. Order... a toasted bagel with cream cheese also?barely toasted. I?m guessing they think their name and long lost coffee will keepcustomers. PS I worked at Timmies in the 80?s, That was when they use to make fresh donuts and had the best coffee in town. NowMcDonald?s has their coffee and Timmies bakes zip zero zilch in house. Wish I had taken a picture. Read more
Great place to grab a hot coffee and something to eat. Easy to get to from Highway with plenty of parking. Staff is friendly... and this location is clean and fresh. The drive thru can be packed at prime times so plan accordingly. Read more
I decided to go inside Tim Hortons instead of the drive-thru, as I wanted to inquire about the Hockey Card promo. The staff was... all very friendly and helpful. The cashier brought my to-go order right to my table. I went back up to the counter, and one ofthe younger workers (who was leaving for the night), noticed I was walking towards the napkins and he immediately went and gotsome for me. He then saw me struggling to walk back to my table (due to health issues). I was preparing to leave the restaurant,and the same young gentleman offered to help me to my car. He carried my drinks and order to my car and placed them on thepassenger seat as I'd asked him to. He would not accept a tip from me. He assured me it was his pleasure to help me. It was sonice to see someone go out of their way to help a customer in need, especially since he was off shift and could have just walkedout the door. Kudos to Brendan!! I hope Tim Hortons Emerald Hills realizes how lucky they are to have a caring employee likeBrendan working for them.
