May 2022 - Sherwood Park Mall Thai Express First off, the staff / owners are very nice and friendly. But the portion size is... horrible. Of all the branches in Edmonton, this place is the worse in portion size. The usual take out box of pad thai is only3/4 filled. Even my plate of beef basil friend rice isn't the usual amount (it would usually spill off my plate). They seem tocompensate by adding extra sauce/seasoning to give you that salt kick. I usually can't finish a plate of fried rice, but when Iate here I had to order another dish from Taco Time. So I had to spend $22 for lunch at a food court. Read more

This is my favorite Thai Express in Sherwood Park and Edmonton! It's always spot on for the pad thai and tom yum soup noodles!... The sauce is the perfect amount, savory and sweet, spicy if need be. Used to love Thai Express. Ordered the Pad Thai with extra egg (charged me $2). When the order arrived there was less than the... regular portion of egg (the dish comes with it already) and it was burnt. Always want to give this place another try becausethey were so good in the past, but I will not be ordering from them again. Read more

Usually really happy with the food at this restaurant but lately the last few visits have been super disappointing. The food is... sometimes almost burnt, there's also a lack of sauce and flavour. Was a little disappointed in the portion size and some ingredients were missing like broccoli. Price was more than Winnipeg by... over a dollar. But the staff were able to add broccoli for me and fill my request for lime wedges. So I do appreciate theirefforts to accommodate me and my expectations! Read more

This is the only Thai express I will go to! I go here pretty religiously because the taste of the red curry with chicken is just... totally different from other Thai Express?s. The curry here is much better than ?Thai restaurants? I?ve been to. And I?ve beentoo a lot! The people are super accommodating considering my order is pretty complicated most of the timed.
