Wanted Starbz because I had a free drink voucher because it was my birthday. Unfortunely the starbz on wye was closed for some... reason, so google sent me here as the next closest one. There was quite a line, and I had to walk inside since it was agrocery-store starbz, not a real one. The lady inside said grocery store starbucks cant take birthday coupons. Which isn't herfault. But it's stupid. I drove even longer to get here, and I can't even use my coupon. Corporate starbucks should change thatrule. It's stupid. Read more
i?ve come to this starbucks a lot, but i have never really had a good experience. i was there last week and i ordered an iced... caramel macchiato and the milk was 100% rotten. it tasted so bad i had to throw out the whole drink after one sip which i paidover $6 for. i could not bring it back as i had already gone to work for the day. very disappointing when you spend so much onsomething and they don?t give you points on your starbucks account plus give you rotten milk. i understand that the pointssystem is not the workers faults and it?s the owners of this starbucks, but it?s still frustrating. not too long ago i came inagain and i ordered an iced chai tea latte. the barista did not mix in the chai concentrate. it was about 2 inches of chaiconcentrate on the bottom and then milk sitting on top. i asked her why it wasn?t mixed and she responded with ?we never mix ourchais? and then gave me a straw to stir it myself. i?ve never been given an un mixed chai. and i know that it?s not very hardfor me to stir a chai but i?m not paying $6 to have to mix my own drink. Barrista Tara was very lovely and had a bubbly personality, and was just a delight to deal with. My drink was perfect, and she... even took the time to ask me how my drink was!! Never had better service, 10/10! Read more
This is a favorite Starbucks of mine. The baristas are friendly and they always, always get my drink right. And whether I order... beverages or food, they?re always done right and are enjoyable. The dining area is always clean and it?s the same with thecondiments cart that is well-stocked. This Starbucks shares a space with Indigo bookstore but also has its own entrance. There?sample seating, including a group table that is good for working on laptops; there?s patio seating provided as well. Parking isnot a problem at all being that this is located in the Sherwood Park Mall. Super fast WiFi connection. It?s always good to visithere. Read more

This is the Starbucks in Indigo. If I could give this Starbucks ten stars, I would. Every time I visit somewhere else and come... back to this location, I appreciate the baristas here even more. They go out of their way to make you feel more like a customerthan a friend, and the drinks are consistently awesome. I love the staff at this Starbucks! It can be slightly cold when thedoor is opened on the -30 days, but it is a nice atmosphere with a large window into the new Indigo. (Which is impressive initself.) No drive through but they are fast, and it hasn't ever been overly busy that it felt crowded. Worth a visit! Read more
