Went here with my wife on Nov 15th to redeem her free birthday drink which she was excited about. It?s very rare I go to any... Starbucks and I won?t go back here. When I ordered my small caramel frappe I was asked what do I want for a base , coffee orwhatever the other choice was I don?t recall, I don?t know what it was I got previously, like 2 years ago and the blondeattendant got annoyed when I asked my wife what it was that I got in the past. I finally ordered ( no one else in line ) and asmy wife tried to upload her app and was having trouble once again this attendant tried to touch her phone and verbally tell mywife what to do. Note , keep your hands to yourself ! she continued to not shut up and let my wife do her thing until my wifehad enough and walked away without ordering her free drink. There was not another person in line and this attendant was in abig hurry for us to order ! She was certainly no help at all. Total poor service a ZERO . Read more

I made an order through Uber Eats for this location and the Uber driver didn't bring me the majority of my order. I called... Starbucks and they were super apologetic even though it wasn't their mistake. I was able to come to the store to pick up myorder and they were so nice, and they gave me a gift card and a free drink :) they even wrote "so sorry <3" on the bag my orderwas in, which I thought was really sweet of them. Absolutely hopeless. Espresso tastes horrific & my very basic order mystifies these poor souls beyond comprehension. This store... is the one that finally made me stop going to Starbucks for a quick fix when I'm on the go. It's not worth it, go to Roasti. Read more

I was in the area for a week and went to this location everyday and wish I had found a different one sooner. Every single day my... drink was made wrong and it?s a pretty base menu drink. They also must not have enough staff as the drive thru line was alwaysridiculously long, like out the parking lot. Read more

Purchased a grande coffee latte @ this Baseline location, in the late am, on Sept.2. When I was nearly finished the latte I... removed the lid to drink the last bit and discovered a very long black hair swirled around the inside of the cup. It wassickening! I won't post the pic I snapped, so as not to sicken others, but this is inexcusable! Read more

Today we stopped in and Kian served us at the window and was absolutely wonderful. I asked about the metal straws and Kian... explained they didn?t have any but, they did have environmentally friendly plastic straws for $1.00 plus tax. I was so excitedbecause I had ordered a trenta sized drink and I knew the regular straw was going to get all gross. So I just wanted to saythank you so much for the great service today and every time I go in? Read more

Love Starbucks and will likely never stop going so 3 stars. Could have been 5 but the barista I dealt with was visibly annoyed... when I asked for a ice water. I would infer stand if she was busy but there was no line and no one in the drive though when Iwent in. I will likely not be returning to this location. Read more

I love Starbucks. I was a partner for almost 4 years. I understand what peak hours are and how there are times lines and drinks... backup. Having said that... this store seems to never be able to catch up. I?ve waited almost 25 minutes in the drive thru here.Currently waiting about 12 minutes for my iced coffee. Would love to see this store get the support it needs to turn thingsaround. Read more
