Horrible experience. Won't return. Slow service and kitchen. Appear to be understaffed. Took a while for food and received... burnt fish and chips. Server never returned to check on us. Only came to clear our table and see if we wanted anything else. I told her the fish was burnt and awful. She apologized and said she'd be back w our bill, as we asked. Twenty minutes latershe returned with the bill and machine to pay. She explained she took off the burnt meal, which I appreciate, but would haveloved the opportunity to eat something besides fries. Came here for all you can eat wings? as soon as we walked in, they said they only have boneless wings, and we?re running low on... those. Then the server told us that they have lots of them, don?t worry. Took them over 30 minutes to give us our food. While wewere waiting, the table beside us was denied more wings because ?apparently they ran out of all the wings?. We eventually gotour wings, which was weird because I thought they ran out, like they told the other table. We then asked a server, and she saidthere was no more wings. We then asked another server, and she said there is still lots of wings. We kept getting more wings? sowhy did the table beside us get denied? Every server we asked had a different answer when we asked if they ran out of wings?Also service was brutally slow, and wings were over cooked and dry and not very good. Would NOT recommend AT ALL!!!!! ALSO ,even if we wanted more of the dry overcooked wings, we couldn?t order any because the server never came back. The food here was great. I came for the all you can eat wings on Wednesdays which is a great deal. The only problem was the lack... of staff. The management did not schedule enough people for the crowd that was there. For a building that was completely fullwith a full patio they only had 2 servers. Because of this the service was extremely slow. I don't blame the servers at all butI do wish that management would have had more people on shift because it really hurt the overall experience. Nice looking restaurant. Our server was very nice. The issue was that 5 of us had the "all you can eat wings" but it takes 45... minutes for them to get you each serving. First 4 out of 5 baskets had cold chicken. Then we were told they would give us adiscount due to the cold food. Then we had to wait to get the next order which had less food than the original orders. Thenwhen it came time to pay they said they couldn't discount our food because the manager left. Last time I'll go there. Wouldnot recommend. Read more

Horrible service and disgusting wings . Was here for almost two hours and barely seen our waitress and treated like we didn't... exist And the place was over half empty. When I first came in it took over 15 -20 minutes just for some one to come to ourtable and ask id we have been helped yet lol.. we ordered drinks and food and that took awhile to come . Family friendly. Also have gone for girls night after nails! Drinks always flowing, food is 10/10 so far we haven?t had anything... we haven?t loved. Highly recommend, large menu so lots of options for everyone. Great staff and service. Read more

Edit: Bumped up from 4 to 5 stars after the owner/manager contacted me. Gave a gift certificate for us to try again. We... decided to try lunch time and not tell them we had the gift certificate because I don't want them influenced by it. Well I ammore than happy to report.....Tina.....was AMAZING. She provided excellent service from the beginning. Our order was PERFECT. Timing between table visits was spot on. She was attentive without being annoying and she upsold us on their DEVILISHLY GOODGarlic Bread! Great job. My husband said this is his new favorite place to eat at! A few more food pictures added aswell. Atmosphere is great. Good place to go with friends for a drink and some good food. Three of us went. We had thechicken and waffles, the garlic dill chicken burger and the margaritas chicken tacos. Everything was really good. The onlyissue was the service. We were seated and told the drink menu is online and the host walked away and we pulled out our phoneand the waitress was already there asking for our drink order maybe had 10 seconds and didn't even have the drink menu up yet. Asked her to come back. After 15 minutes we had to flag a different waitress down to get our waitress. She came and took ourentire order. Everything came perfect but we had actually ordered their hot taco dish and instead she brought the margaritachicken tacos. They tasted good and had waited so long for the food to arrive we didn't send them back we just ate them.
