always good, however it is usually very slow in the drive thru
Asked for a half sweet drink and got it double sweet. This is like an 8 day streak for bad drinks. Usually it's JUST lumpy soy... milk, today the soymilk wasn't chunky which is exciting on its own, but the drink is definitely at least double sweet. I let theice melt, poured out some and added soy milk and it's still sweet like cotton candy. Read more
4 cars in drive thru and had to wait 15 minutes. Have enough staff on to support a drive thru.
I ordered two hot drinks which were great. We also got muffins which were fine. Unfortunately, the chocolate croissant was... completely uncooked. The bottom side was actually still sticky raw dough. Read more
Dropped by this sunday morning and the coffee was great! A staff named Michael (I dont know if I heard him right,I think his... philippino) made a great job on my caramel latte. Just left this location, the 2 guys one named Jun the other with glasses dropped my cup before the blender was done mixing and... placed tge cup infront of the blender. Didn't throw the cup out and get a new one. We had to tell them not to use the cup hedropped on the floor and he gave me a dirty look like i was inconveniencing him. I am absolutely disgusted! What a trashylocation, 2 guys both didn't have the common sense to get a new cup. I can't imagine what they do when it's people ordering inthe drive thru, I was at the counter and saw exactly what happened. Time to clean house and get new staff! Read more
One of my favorite Second Cup locations since they're open early enough to go before work. I love Second Cup because they're... the only chain I know of that has lattes that taste like coffee and aren't too sugary. Read more
I ordered a sandwich from here. Years ago this was my favourite place to go for sandwiches and coffee. The last coffee I had was... so-so but the sandwich I just had was terrible. It was a ?Pesto & Egg? sandwich. I rarely won?t eat a thing but this I couldn?tstomach. It was an egg with spinach and a VERY light spread of pesto between two pieces of greasy pieces of flat bread. It was apoor taste combination that lacked flavour and creativity. For $5.50 I expected a LOT more. To compare, I went to Italian marketand got a croissant breakfast sandwich with egg, lots of ham, tomato, and proper seasoning for $6.50 from their deli. Read more
