They are not careful enough with allergies. My chai lattes were made with regular milk when I asked for oat milk (my partner has... an allergy). Which has unfortunately caused him to get quite sick due to the mistake made at this location. (This is the secondtime it has happened). They make great food and drinks, but need to be more careful with allergies. Read more

This place is massive, I had no idea it was this big as I had only been to the Remedy on Whyte Ave. This location is spacious,... clean, organized and had some really cool artwork displayed throughout the restaurant; there even an upstairs part of thisplace! There's one piece of artwork in particular, it's a painting of Lauryn Hill; it's so nice! My girlfriend and I hadordered a few items and it didn't take long for us to get our order. I ordered the Chai w/ 2 samosas, and she ordered achocolate milkshake with the Palak Paneer. I had no idea these 2 items would be so delicious lol Our food was delicious and weleft super happy with the service. The gals that were working that day were super friendly and not overly chatty. Have gone here several times to study in the past or to simply get a drink nowadays Plenty to choose from for the drinks and... food is quite tasty. My favourite is the butter chicken wrap! The regula butter chicken with naan bread is good as well though Icould use more spice in it but that's just me AHAHA Iced coconut matcha latte is very sweet but oh so delicious. I love all theflavours going on in that drink, not bland at all for a matcha drink. Still my go to everytime. The only thing is it's quitepricey here but portions are pretty decent and drinks are a bigger size than going to Starbucks. I visited other location of remedy cafe and I have very good experience from them but when I visited this location (Sherwood... remedy ) on 23 July 2020 around 5:45pm. There were two ladies at the till who don?t even know how to treat a customer. I ordered3 Kashmiri chai from there but as you can see the picture below is showing does the Kashmiri chai look like this ? Even one ofthe lady got so much of attitude don?t know why? But it was so bad. And you guys have written over there cash is not acceptablebut she took 20 $ bill from a customer. Is this acceptable for your locations? Very excited to see a Remedy Cafe in Sherwood Park. I stopped by for a ginger chai latte this afternoon. Service was great.... Centrally located by the library, Festival Place & Sherwood Park mall.
