We were so excited about our food since it was taking longer, we assumed it was going to be super fresh! The bag handed to us... was so greasy, the napkin was completely soaked when I cleaned it up. Got home and all of the chicken was pink inside which wasa huge bummer for us because we didn?t just want to eat biscuits. So it sucked to wait a long time, get a gross bag and not beable to eat out food. Waste of our money. Read more

I placed an order for chicken at roughly 6:12pm, the receipt had said that the food would be prepared for 6:56pm however when we... went to pickup around 7:17pm, the food still was not prepared. Furthermore, we were shorted a drink and there was a piece ofhair cooked into one of the pieces of chicken. When you get a 9 piece combo of CHICKEN OR TENDERS for $30 with 2 sides and 4 biscuits you can?t get a mix of some tenders and... then some bone in? Makes no sense, same amount of money and your selling both so why do you just need to order 9 of one. Staffwas no help in our problem. We usually order just the 16 piece CHICKEN OR TENDERS family meal and they usually let us pick whatwe want but now they said whoever served you was not following their policy. Food wise it is similar to other Popeyes, but service is just incredibly slow. They do not appear capable of handling a lunch... time when there are more than three people in the line. Between the time of ordering and receiving my food is about 14 minutes. Read more

Great service and when I came in I ordered nugget and strips for my kids and they had a bin made already and they offered to... make me fresh ones and on top of that gave my kids 10 of the already nuggets to eat while waiting. Oh and they were not old ordry. Great place Read more

Was not impressed at all. Ordered the butterfly shrimp platter times 3 as I was taking my GF and grand son out for a bite. The... onion rings were over done and tasted like they were fried In old grease. Was presented our lunch on one platter and could makehead or tails of who's was what as they were plopped onto the tray all together and fries and onion rings all over the plastictray and not staying in the little paper Containers. Was not impressed as I had to ask the staff if we were shorted an order asthe shrimp were pretty skimpy in the paper containers. More food on the plastic tray than on the little paper containers. Worst Popeye's experience. The lady running the drive thru had me wait 3 min just to order and when I got to the window I could... hear her doing it to others just to say nothing to me and take payment. Worst part was my brother legitimately receiving aplastic lid in his burger (he tossed it immediately so I didn't have a pic but it happened) and I got the tiniest amount ofshrimp for 7.50.
