2 words... Cold fries. The one thing you thought MCDonalds cannot mess up. But this branch somehow turn it into an art form.

I always go to this location for breakfast at 5am and end up waiting 15-20 minutes for them to finally open as the sign on the... door says drive through opens at 5am.. When they finally open 20 minutes late they end up serving you cold food.. When I ask ona daily based why are they always late opening they tell me they are updating their system.. How about updating your systembefore you open.. I have decided not to go to this location anymore and so now they have lost me for good as this has happenedway too many times. Read more
Waited 20mins for cold fries with no salt. New sandwich had an alright chicken breast but the lettuce was mostly outside the... bun. And my double double tasted like black on the bottom of the pot. I like to give fair reviews but this one is never gets itright for me. And it's the slowest by far. Read more
Every-time same issue order is always late WE HAVE TO WAIT ATLEAST 15-20 min AND minimum 8-10 people always waiting to pick up... and drive through is busy as regular McDonald?s?s, please check the cameras and see why they are so slow ,OR HIRE ENOUGH STAFFTO MANAGE STORE DONT BE CHEAP TO BUSINESS HAVE SOME BUSINESS ETHICS. I work up the road from here, have been here plenty of times in the past year!! And I always order a triple triple coffee but... somehow it always seems to be made very wrong on the weekends, sombody needs to learn how to count to 3 on the weekend staff. Idon't have time to just go back usually so I just deal with it. it really bugs me. Read more

Worst mc dees in sheerwood park .. Prob the entire province.. NO CAP... I've even went there multiple times only to have ISSUE... EVERY TIME...
