I had spilled 3 large coffees in my car that bought at McD Emerald Hill, so I circled arounf to get them replaced at the... Baseline location. Sometimes good burgers sometimes not but consistently has the worst fries of any sherwood park mcdonald's, maybe worst of any in... general. Always taste cold or plain and will disappoint. Front parking is awfully located and drive thru is awkward to go thru.Try other sherwood park locations if you can help it! Read more
Like any McDonald's it's hit and miss with the customer service. I've had one of the rudest people while going through drive... thru and I've had the kindest lady inside who let my son pick his toy and chatted to him while she worked. Food is always wantyou expect from McDonald's and it's one of the few that doesn't mess up your order. Read more
Just went in here and herd the manager talking rudely to the girl at the register . She then refused to give me a mc chicken... sauce after I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. She said I have to pay for them even tho I only asked for one. Then both mysandwiches came out missing the habinaro sauce and the manager still being rude opened it with her bare hands and added thesauce, handing them back to be and saying your welcome instead of sorry for the mix up . We also waited over ten minutes for the6 ice coffees we ordered. This service is unacceptable and would like to hear back about this manager. We go to this location most frequently since it's closest to our house. The quality of food is very hit or miss, I do understand... it's a McDonald's and it's fast food but the consistency is way off. Fries are either hot/fresh/salty or cold/stale/plain,chicken nuggets are usually stale unfortunately, the only time the food is usually very fresh is if I go there late at night.Every time I order cheeseburgers with extra cheese and extra onions for my partner, it either comes with very few onions or noneat all every time! Doesn't matter if I go there in person or order through Skip. Today's was probably one of the worst(pictured) and I'll probably just start going to the Emerald Hills location as I've never had an issue there yet. The onlyredeeming quality is that most of the staff I've encountered are really nice. Read more
Staff doesn't smile or greet, seems irritated and unhappy to do the job. People like this should not be in the front if they... can't manage to be friendly and cool especially with customers. Read more
