I really like the menu here. It?s awesome to have vegan food so easily available, I always feel good after eating here. Staff is... super friendly, food is really good and consistent. I?ve tried half the menu at this point and it never disappoints. The wafflesare AMAZING, I love the curry, and the smoothies are all really good. Definitely try a trail mix cookie too. As always it tasted awesome! But jeez I got the avocado and cashew butter toast thinking there would be two pieces; lo and... behold there was one! For $10! Crazy. Not giving such a low rating cause I want to support the vegan grind and the food didtaste amazing, especially the $10 curry soup, hmm talk about comfort food. i live in Northern Alberta and every time Im in the city, I stop at the KB&Co and want one of everything! I just feel that... everything I eat is so healthy and I feel so much better after eating it. I usually leave with one of the juices or a smoothieand love the Beet Tahini Wrap. The Avocado Toast with Olive Bruchetta is amazing and once i have a healtby breakfast or lunchthere, im good for the day and more inspired to ear healthy and remind myself to eat more plants! I had the oat & hemp seed waffles today, they were made very good! She forgot the açai but I didn?t want it anyways so she must... have read my mind ???? The rocket smoothie however was horrible. Tasted sour and very sweet at the same time and a littlepowdery. Wasn?t impressed and was a waste of $10. Please improve on this! Read more
