Hours online stated they were open till 10pm but was just there and they were closed, despite signs posted in the building that... also said their hours were till 10pm. There were workers there just sitting and chatting inside. They need to better indicatetheir hours and stick to them rather than just closing early with no explanation from staff. Read more

I am a Five Guys fanatic and today had the worst experience at the location in Sherwood Park. For context we ordered two burgers... "all the way", and a large cajun fry. Simple order, no special instructions. The burger patties were grossly overcooked andtasted like charcoal, and did not have any toppings or sauce at all. The burger bun was also flattened, like someone put theirfist through it. The cajun fries were way too over seasoned, to the point of being inedible. On top of all that the locationdidn't answer the phone when I called in to place an order prior to all this. After driving to the location and ordering Idecided to phone again while waiting for my food to see what would happen. The phone was ignored, even though no one wasstanding in line. Totally dissapointing experience, and I will take my business to a different location next time. Read more

The burgers are good and they give you so many fries that getting a small fries is fine and the presentation of the burgers... don't reach other burger places like butcher King. But the burgers are really greasy and the price is pretty expensive for 1meal. But a really good place to eat if you are considering. Read more
My favorite place for a burger- first time going to Sherwood Park location and of course it was delicious. Usually go to the one... at Capilano as I'm at that location more. Always view it as a treat and anticipation. Staff at both locations are great! Read more
Love paying 11$ for one cheeseburger and get home and it's a soggy mess.. God you really can't get good food anywhere anymore..
