Was excited to see they added bubble tea to their menu when I stopped by to pick up a quick dinner to take home at 6:00pm. There... were 2-3 people ahead, but was able to order quickly. Unfortunately waited over 20min to receive our food. Other bummer was thequality of the milk tea. Tapioca was definitely not fresh, and the tea was super watered down (noticeable by the lack of color).Meal was good, but will definitely not be ordering bubble teas from this location (not a place you would expect bubble tea, sonot much of a loss). The EDO Japan in Emerald Hills (not the Wye road location Google is suggesting) is excellent. If they hadn?t been so busy I... would?ve called them to tell them so this last time I was there. The service was attentive, friendly and engaged, professionalyet warm. I?ve been there several times and this has been consistent. The food? So flavourful, always, the vegetables in myTeriyaki beef were cooked to the right doneness, the broccoli especially. Just the right amount if sauce. The portion filledtakeaway container couldn?t have been filled more This restaurant in Emerald Hills in Sherwood Park is always busy, soobviously very popular so that speaks for itself. It?s always super clean looking.
