The last few times I've gotten Blizzards, it's usually quite a young teenage kid who's prepared my order, and almost every time... I've had a Blizzard where it's *entirely mixed* right to the bottom!!! Everyone always rips on teenagers working in fast food,but this store runs a tight shift and the people working here do a great job. Tried to place an order thru skip the dishes by 10:02 PM and the restaurant is not confirming my order then i called the store... and the manager on duty said they are accepting orders and now i tried to place again and it was closed already in skip. 10:23PMand they are not accepting any skip order anymore and the manager said he cannot do anything about that. Ordered from skip from this location and made a note about my allergy and they put a note with my order saying they sanitized... the machine they used to make my food. I really appreciated them taking the time to make sure I knew they took my allergyseriously. :) Read more

Always a great experience. With Wendy's across the street, there's no doubt there is a taste difference. Dairy Queen will hands... down beat Wendy's 100% of the time. I've been coming to this dq store for probably 15 years with zero issues. Keep up the greatwork Michael! Read more

This location is being untruthful. Apparently the buster bars are made in store. I was shocked that the price was now $15.75 for... a box of six. I called the restaurant to express my thoughts on the size of these buster bars.They seem to be a quarter less insize. The manager said there is no way that they are smaller as they use a mold to make them equally. I insisted they weresmaller than normal. The manager then hung up on me. I went home and weighed the bars. The box says they are 5.75 Oz each. Notone bar was that size. They ranged in weight from 4.35 Oz to 4.64 oz. What a disappointment. False advertising and a ripoff.Never again will I buy these bars or anything from this thief store on wye road Sherwood Park. Dairy Queen headquarters tellsyou to contact the store directly but the store tells you to contact fan relations. All they do is send you back and forth. Theydo not take accountability. Read more

Last few years have been pretty bad. Slow and poor quality food. - poorly prepared burgers with little to no sauce, don't fill... up the fries fully, bad letuce. - ice cream cone missing 1/4" of dip at the bottom causing it to melt and leak down your hand -blizzard only mixed half way, over $7 for a medium and you're stuck with just vanilla ice cream at the bottom half. - blizzardcake doesn't even look remotely like the pictures, missing all the top ingredients (but that's all DQ now) Do yourself a favorand go to the baseline one by the superstore, they actually care about their food and service.
