Staff is really good. And I rarely give kudos in any form of customer service . It continues to hit new lows. These guys+gals... remind me of when there use to be . Only reason it's not 5 is because ketchup and mustard taste gross to me right now and that'severywhere not just ANW. Have only been here once so this may be just one employee doing wrong. I was wanting to pick up burgers for supper and... everything went down hill as soon as I got to the order area. The person was very snippy and moody with there tone and how theyacted. The order was wrong, and had to wait quite a while to get the 2 burgers and fries. I went out of my way to go try their new Nashville Burger, after paying nearly $16 for The combo, the Burger had a tiny squirt... in the middle of it of their Nashville sauce, Look like a normal chicken Burger with a little bit of catch up in themiddle. After asking why they took it back and put the proper amount of sauce on it so it looked like the picture. Wouldn'tever buy it again after the hassle, I will just go to Mary Brown's as their Burger is way better and less expensive. Read more
Went through the drive thru because I was craving a caramel iced cold brew, got it and it was chocolate and tasted like actual... pond water. Told the drive thru people and they made me a new one and the blonde manager girl named hailey was being very sassythen I got a new one and it still tasted like garbage ????????
