Edit sent an email as requested two weeks ago no response clearly ignoring customers is what Red Robin does now. Went to... our local Red Robin yesterday after my oldest had stated that we needed to go out to dinner as a family. We were promptly satdown and figured out what we were going to eat from the menus that were provided to us we must have waited about 20 minutes andduring that time no one came to take our order and give us water or even acknowledge that we were sitting at a table. Weunderstand that things are difficult post pandemic and we do understand that at many times there's not enough people and thatthings can be delayed based on the shortages that we have all had to suffer through. And the unfortunate part of our experiencethough is that no one came to acknowledge us or even let us know that things may take a while after waiting 20 plus minutes wejust became tired and left it may be a very long time before we again try to visit a red robin knowing that they just don't seemto care anymore about their customers. Went on a Saturday for lunch and had about a 20 minute wait. Once they had a table open the service was friendly and quick. We... have allergies in our party and they were happy to accomdate and got everything perfect. Will come back next time we are inSherwood. They didn't have any balloons for the kids after the meal but that was just fine with me. ???? Read more

The burgers we ordered were supposed to be a $10 meal deal, but they charged regular price, and the meat was very well done when... we actually ordered them medium rare. Also, our beers that we ordered didn't come until we were finishing our meal. The serverwas very nice though. Read more

Had the crispy chicken sandwich and my partner had the crispy chicken salad, both of us were excited only to get served very dry... tough chicken. And pretty much half of her salad was browning or chunks of core pieces. Probably won't be back unless it's justfor a shake Read more

The overall experience very good. Service was fast and friendly. The food came out hot and fresh. We ordered the mushroom Swiss... burger and the bonzai burger. We also had onion rings and they are some of the best onion rings around. Atmosphere was great andask the employees and the manager send to be enjoying their work. Certainly recommend this Red Robin! Do you love a good burger? Are you trying to lessen your footprint on our planet by eating less meat? You have 2 choices here,... either the impossible burger or just a veggie patty with beans,corn, etc. We?ve been coming to Red Robin for a few years now andlove their banzai burger. The place was clean and inviting. They seated us right away and our server, Amber was super nice andhelpful. I had a coupon and no one gave me trouble using it or made any faces like at other places. Stopped by between meal times on a weekend and there was a short 10 min wait. The server was very attentive, polite and... friendly. Onion rings came to the table fast and were super hot and yummy. Burgers came quickly as well but were hardly warm.They still tasted delicious though. This was my first time to this location and overall it was enjoyable.
