I have been here several times and have never met a friendly employee. They all act like it?s the worst day ever, and that work... is the last place they would want to be. Never greeted,never helped,employees always just staring at their phones. Today the girl was sitting on the counter staring off... into space. Consistently the absolute worst customer service and representation of the brand. I hope the owner or corporatereads this as I am doing them a favor by taking the time to write this. Small place and employee not wearing masks and let anyone come in without a mask as the pandemic continues. Even without mask... mandates, wearing them is common sense to protect others instead of going around and possibly spreading it to everyone,including people at higher risk. My family loves Menchie?s. They are a staple dessert or treat spot for us and it just keeps getting better and better. The place... can be busy, can be a bit sticky, but the staff is always cleaning, filling and keeping the place comfortable and fresh. Theyogurt options are massive, lots of options for topping including candy, salty, sweet, tart, stuff to drizzle and of coursefruit. I didn?t realize they have birthday frozen cakes also. The best part is being able to create your ultimate flavorselection and how much specifically you can eat without wasting or feeling stupidly full. First time eating here! It was so good, I seriously am craving more right now as I write this. A family member I went with,... cannot eat dairy and they were still able to choose from several different options. The honeydew flavor was seriously to diefor. And supposedly they have new flavors all the time. Also, this location has a really cute waterfall, sitting/play area thatwas a nice addition, especially if you have kids with you! Read more
