Yet again, Jimmy Johns fails to deliver. I waited over an hour for my delivery to just end up canceling it. I did not have my... car here at work and was unable to go get food, after I called for the 2nd time to cancel the order, the delivery driver showsup with my sandwhich. I asked him If I could have it and I will just call it in - and he said NO! Well take your fingsandwhich and throw it away. Due to an hour wait, you should have just given me the sandwhich. This is a riduculous amount oftime to wait for "Freaky Fast" service. Read more
This is very upsetting. Prepare to be completely grossed out. I went inside to order and while waiting, a manager or shift... supervisor came to register, portioned out tips and then proceeded to hand out the CASH to the folks working while they werepreparing food. I only saw one employee change their gloves after handling the cash. Contamination with no care for others. Theamount of bodily fluids found on cash is alarming. And not to mention the pandemic. Never in my life have i felt like such a MAN until i went to this establishment. The cashier took me to the back to get me some... of the "special sauce" i requested for my sandwich and we went at it for 45 minutes then cuddled for 60. Afterwards I ate mysandwich with trembling legs and a sore rear. I am definitely "coming" back soon as I've never felt such heat and power from aman before ???????? Read more
Service was exquisitely better than any other Jimmy John?s I?ve ever been to. I ordered a Little John combo, and the service was... impossibly wonderful. I?ve never met anyone so cheerful to be working a minimum wage job just being there for the customer inevery way possible, and I couldn?t have been happier with the employees, in fact they?re a huge factor in why I?ve been aconsistent customer over the years. My only suggestion is for family?s to be weary of the more ?adult content? this Jimmy John?slikes to offer. Unless you?re over the age of 18, I?d suggest staying away on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 6pm until closing,as this is when the skimpy uniforms come on and the pole comes out of the back. Ah, the most delectable Jimmy Johns, surely when I think of absolutely mind-boggling food, I think of Jimmy Johns. This place... has astonished me, greatly to say the least. Their slim gym number #4, while having absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutelyabsolutely absolutely absolutely nothing on it is astonishing, good prices with me and my wallet and my stomach being famished.Surely this place deserves a 5 ????? review. Absolutely insane. This place has shown me true arts of sandwiches. True beautyarts of meals. I have seen these blokes working there make some truly perplexed food. I ordered a Vito and a Roast beef sandwich for my children from the Sherwood store. Jimmy Johns delivered it to my home and I... took it to my children who live in Beaverton. They are sick and were not able to leave their home. I get half way back toSherwood and my son sends me a text that neither of the sandwiches have meat on them. I call Jimmy Johns and tell them whathappened. Instead of just making it right, they tell me that they need to incorrect sandwiches back first, this is crazy. Itell them that is fine but I am half way between Beaverton and Sherwood and will need to turn around and get them. I asked themif I was going to get a discount or anything for this error and for me having to go back and get the sandwiches and bringingthem into the store. Their solution was that they make the correct sandwiches and redeliver them to me sometime after I am homewith the incorrect sandwiches. Of course they could not tell me when that would be. I would then have to take them back out toBeaverton. It made more sense for me to bring them into the store which was not what they wanted. The store manager would noteven speak with me. They just kept making their employee relay everything to me. We love their food but this is not the firsttime that we have gotten a wrong order or something incorrect or them taking 90 mins for a delivery after we had a set deliverytime. The last 6 months have been horrific. Today actually really upset, it was just a really awful customer experience. Theynever even apologized for the error. This particular Republican Subway comes complete with the exact same fare you would expect from a sub shop at just a tiny bit... more expensive. My visit included some food that I paid for, which is about all the more I'd like to say about it. The windowcame complete with a group of girls basketball players visible outside, and a odd and slightly pervy old man inside looking atthem. His exact words, "they are only good too they are 4 or 5, but I love looking at them". The bathroom was entertaining, andby far, the most enjoyable part of the visit. Staff is super friendly, and things are clean, so overall, a good place forlonely single people to go and eat without worrying about anyone wanting to talk to them. Read more
