They had cinnamon rolls advertised out side, which made me come in. I also order a coffee and pumpkin cake. She said they had... some cinnamon rolls when I ordered. After I paid and only had the cake and coffee, u was still waiting for my cinnamon rolls.They even asked if I wanted them heated up. So I waited. Went to the cafe for breakfast. Very disappointed. There was no breakfast menu. I was told to use the one online so I did. I... got the country breakfast. Online it showed for $7.95 and it rang up as $10. (If I have to use the online menu at least updatethe prices). Also, the food was just okay. The bacon was pre cooked, the gravy tasted like powder gravy from the dollar storeand the hash browns were just like the frozen ones from McDonald's. I also wanted to sample some different sweets so I triedthe Turtle Cheesecake, (nothing to write home about) Chocolate cake (same) and Coconut cake ( pretty good. The only reason Ididn't give a one star). I was under the impression this would be more of a homemade breakfast but definitely not. I?m sad to write this because my family and I used to love this place. The last several times we came, the wait was excessive... (30+ minutes). During our most recent experience, we waited at least 45 minutes for our food. After waiting for 30 minutes, theycame and told us they were out of a side that every single one of us had ordered. We ordered at 6:45 and got the special, whichwas poppyseed chicken. Upon receiving the food, we realized there was no chicken. We told the waitress, and she said it was theend of the night and that was just what was left. 35 minute wait in the drive thru and this is what I get for $17.99 +tax This is supposed to be a Fish and Shrimp dinner with... fried okra and green beans. I got 3 tiny fish fillets and some overly fried/dried shrimp. The okra as yall can see isnonexistent (I might have gotten 5 pieces). I'm not the type to complain but this was ridiculous, if you dont have a side youneed to say so. I also ordered two other orders both jalapeno chicken and both were half the normal portions. So disappointedwith this place, it used to be one of my favorites and because of it I have send many customers their way but I have had nothingbut bad experiences the last few times and I'm done.
