This place used to be my favorite place to get Authentic Mexican food but not anymore! I was just treated with utter disrespect.... I called and placed an order for a SUPER FAJITA NACHO, was unaware it had beans. I called them back said it had beans and couldI get one with no beans and mixed, I heard him say chicken but i said mixed but anyways he said bring it back. Cool! I getthere give them the old and get the new... get home.... guess what no veggies, only chicken and not any cheese on it....a driedup Nacho!! I call back, they get him on the phone and he's totally rude, tells me I told him chicken (which I did not) but okaybut there's no veggies he proceeds to tell me I said chicken and he's not making it a 3rd time and hung up in my face. I get itthe first time was on me because I didn't know beans came on it, but this time was your fault, it was not made properly and nocheese a DRIED UP, INEDIBLE NACHO! Love this Mexican restaurant in Sherwood! Always able to accommodate your large or small party. Patio is wonderful. Service is... great. Food is delicious. Pricing is right. I go there a a few times per month and have had no complaints ever. Any restaurantthat can not only survive but thrive during Covid-19 is certainly doing something right. We?ve been LOYALIST to this location for years. Today, after arriving and asking for our order, I was told by cashier 5, that... she?d just given our order mistakenly to another customer. I was told to pull over and wait approximately 30 minutes for areplacement. After receiving our meal, I proceeded home and discovered that our tray was only half full and when I called therestaurant, the guy who answered was so rude! He never offered to make the order right and hung on on me when I asked for amanager. We spent over 25 dollars for an incomplete meal and will never return due to being treated harshly.
