Instead of leaving our food at the door, the Doordash person left it on our car without letting us know. We thought our food... never showed up or was delivered to the wrong house. We tried calling, but no one picked up. We didn't find the food until thenext day. The worst service I have ever received. The new pasta is disgusting! Chewy noodles with no sauce, not edible! Always check your pizza, not made on the right crust!
They get the pizza done. Not too much to brag about. Needs better evening management for sure. Pizza, bread sticks and cheese... sticks honestly never taste like they used to. Cheese sticks, I've paid $2 extra ( for extra cheese), every time I bought themand still just dry, hardtop, with barely any cheese. I stopped getting them. I made a review about a year ago but coming back to change it seeing how the store has changed. The GM before was a nice lady... did her best to please customers. The store has went downhill HORRIBLY since she left. They been through 2 different GMs and thecurrent GM voughn is lazy. If I could show the lack of cleaning that store has I would. I left as a employee due to the GM notwanting to clean his store. He smokes cigarettes inside the store there was mold growing on the walls but when he caught windthat I was calling the health department on the store he quickly got parts of his store cleaned before they came in and closedhim down. I don't recommend eating at the store. .like I said I left bc he didn't clean and wouldn't have employees clean hisstore. I'm not the only one who left due to this issue. So if you experience late order it's probably because he is down to 2drivers. As a manager I tried enforcement to clean the store but seeing how he wouldn't stand behind me the store never gocleaned accordingly. No I'm not making this review because I'm mad but I am because the public who eat there should know. He wasserving dough that was thawed and refrozen because the freezer was bad for about a month in a half and was worried about hisfood cost instead of caring for his customers. I threw several different boxes of dough in the trash and had to contact anotherstore for fresh dough. Hand tossed pan dough and stuffed crust. So if people get sick or got sick this is probably why. Ca t rate the pizza yet as I haven't gotten it. I have been sitting in the drive thru pick up line for over 20 minutes and 1 car... has been served. After 5 mins of waiting my wife went insideS we thought it might be faster. She is still waiting as well. Pizza was delivered Fast and Efficiently, Still piping hot. Only issue is it needed to be cooked a lil longer and I paid for... Extra Pepperoni and it did not look as if it had extra pepperoni's. Read more
There pizza is ok but differently not worth the price. Portia took my order. I ordered 1med pepperoni hand tossed Pizza with... mushrooms and black olives. I was surprised to see that Portia charged me $10.59 for the pizza plus $1.40 (each) for thepepperoni, mushroom and black olives. 1 med pepperoni pizza with two toppings cost me $14.79 before tax and convenience/deliveryfee When I called to better understand Portia (who took my order less than an hour before) informed "A med pizza with threetoppings on the 'build your own' each topping is a separate charge. WOW You can't tell me I'm wording it wrong and charge methe $9.80 it should have been. Won't return to this pizza hut. Read more
